Surprising response to Agran’s Memo to agendize CFD discussion
Two weeks ago, Councilmember Agran circulated the Memo below to his Council Colleagues. The Memo seeks to agendize a presentation on the Great Park Community Facilities District (CFD) to shed light on the origins of the program and how the funds are generated.

Councilmember Agran acknowledges the frustration many residents are feeling as the City Council has declined to agendize matters such as the Veterans Memorial Park & Cemetery, Great Park residents and homeowners’ representation, All-American Asphalt-related health and environmental concerns, and a discussion of transitioning to district elections.

Agran reiterates requests for second on four key issues
Earlier this week, Councilmember Agran circulated a memo to his Council Colleagues, reiterating previous requests for a second signature in order to place items on an upcoming City Council Meeting agenda.
