In-person public participation returns to City Council Meetings
After being shuttered since March 2020 when Covid took hold of our day-to-day lives, last week’s City Council Meeting was once again open to in-person public participation.

At last night’s City Council Meeting, the City Council discussed the future of the Veterans Memorial Park and Cemetery at the Great Park. Dozens of people shared their opinions late into the night. In the end, the Council took no action despite a detailed resolution presented by Councilmember Agran.
Councilmember Agran announces two more Community Partnership Grants
At today’s City Council Meeting, Councilmember Agran will recognize Friends of Outreach and Rainbow Rising with $2000 each in Community Partnership Grants.

Council Meetings to open to public, in-person participation June 22
It was announced at this week’s City Council Meeting that beginning later this month Council Meetings will once again be open in-person public participation.
