Please join us in welcoming Jing Sun to the Community Services Commission (CSC).

Commissioners to the CSC advise the City Council regarding park, recreational and cultural programs and on the development and improvement of the City's various recreational facilities and programs of social support. They are also responsible for relaying and responding to public perspectives on topics including land acquisition, counseling, and quality programs and facilities.

The commission meets today and will discuss the Irvine Sports Committee’s request to relax the Covid-related sports guidelines for outdoor and indoor youth and adult recreational sports, among other matters. We trust Commissioner Sun will be an outspoken advocate for the health and safety of Irvine residents as we all continue to navigate the risks and impacts of Covid-19 on our day-to-day activities.

To join this or future meetings or to submit comments, please visit: https://www.cityofirvine.org/community-services-department/community-services-commission-agendas-minutes.
