Agran appoints Dr. Noha Nour to Irvine Child Care Committee
UPDATE (07/13/2021): Effective July 9, 2021, Noha Nour was appointed to the Ad-Hoc Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. She was replaced on the Irvine Child Care Committee by Phyllis Agran.
Councilmember Larry Agran is pleased to welcome Irvine resident, Dr. Noha Nour, a dentist and mother of twins, to the Irvine Child Care Committee.
As a member of the committee, Dr. Nour will help develop recommendations related to the provision of quality, affordable child care and early education in Irvine.
Dr. Nour’s experiences providing care and service to families locally and internationally position her to make insightful, meaningful contributions to this committee.

About Dr. Noha Nour
Dr. Noha Nour, an Irvine resident for the past 11 years, is a general dentist at her private practice in neighboring Tustin.
She graduated Cum Laude from the UCLA School of Dentistry. (Go Bruins!) While in dental school, Noha went on multiple national and international mission trips caring for underprivileged adults and children.
Since graduating dental school, Noha has been involved in organized dentistry at the local, state and national level. She is currently a board member of the Orange County Dental Society as well as a delegate for the American Dental Association.
Noha is passionate about the health and wellbeing of children. As a mom of five-year-old twins, she understands the importance and need for appropriate childcare and is eager to volunteer her time on this committee.
