Happy 101st Birthday to the remarkable Mitsuye Yamada! A resident of Turtle Rock, Mitsuye is not only a poet, essayist, educator, and human rights activist but also an exceptional individual who has left a lasting impression by shining a light on the wartime incarceration of Japanese Americans. 


40th Annual "All Media" Exhibition

Vice Mayor Agran's Summer Interns visited the 40th annual "All Media" exhibition at Irvine Fine Arts Center, showcasing work from 68 local artists. Check it out before it ends in September!


Cookies n' Dreams Milkshake

Miracles For Kids partners with The Stand for a fundraiser featuring the Cookies n' Dreams Milkshake. Proceeds support children and families fighting life-threatening illnesses. Stand will donate $2 for each shake sold in July and August and match donations up to $10,000.

Irvine City Hall Clock Tower

On Tuesday, the City Council awarded the construction contract for the clock tower renovation. This iconic tower, which also houses essential communications equipment for the Irvine Police Department and City Hall, is a vital part of our community.
