Irvine Unified School District E-Vehicle Safety and Registration

Last week, Officer Schaefer led the first of several mandatory e-vehicle safety and permit registration sessions and informed Irvine Unified School District students about the rules of the road, e-vehicle safety, and existing laws. Middle and high school students who ride e-vehicles to school must attend one of the e-vehicle safety presentations with a parent/guardian.

The City of Irvine and our partners are working to create an environment where bicyclists, pedestrians, and motorists can all enjoy the roadways and extensive network of bike paths and trails.
