Pedestrian safety is about to get a boost in Irvine, with seven bicycle/pedestrian crossing upgrades approved at the last City Council Meeting. 

Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons, also known as RRFBs, will be installed at the pictured locations to improve safety at bicycle and pedestrian crossings throughout the city. (For more on these improvements, click here.)
