Dive Into the Future of the Great Park

Last week, the City of Irvine celebrated two significant milestones at the Great Park; this is a testament to the collective efforts and hard work of our staff and community partners! To start, the City of Irvine officially broke ground on the Great Park's Cultural Terrace project. The cultural hub will be home to the Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum, Pretend City Children's Museum, OC Music & Dance, and the South Coast Chinese Cultural Center, which is spearheading efforts to establish an Asian American History Museum. Vice Mayor Agran also enjoyed participating in the Great Park Development Open House at Hangar 244, where residents got a sneak peek into the park's future. Vice Mayor Agran looks forward to the milestones ahead as the Great Park continues to take shape.
